Fractal Bird
thingiverse
A fractal-resembling bird is the basis of this 400x400x400 volumetric object with an 8-bit zipped RAW data. The PNG codec displays it at 400x400x400, while a 1M polygon PLY isosurface mesh and a reduced 450K polygon STL isosurface mesh are also available. These volumetric objects are part of my series to demonstrate the distinctions between polygonal and volumetric representations for people.
