Human: Version 2! I have upgraded the blaster with a motor cage for easy wiring and installation. Check out my updated exploded diagram to see how it all fits together. • Bottom updated: material removed for the cage and wire guard • Top updated: minor material removal to fit the cage • Nose updated: proportions adjusted slightly to improve fit, no reprint required • Drum updated: additional thickness added around darts, now 3 perimeters (1.2mm) instead of 2 • Added: cage that slides into bottom and is secured by top and wire guard, which slips into bottom and is secured with one screw. ______________________________________________________________________ This remix of BigTendies FR-1 Viper flywheel revolver offers a drop-in replacement for the nose of his Viper, with a meaner look more in line with his Viper Heavy. If you have already built a viper, all you need to do is remove the motors and wires from the old nose and insert them into this one; lengths should be the same. The drum from the viper will also fit, though I created a new rounded octagon drum for this design. All parts are printed in the correct orientation, with some areas requiring support. Inside the Pit Viper bottom motor cage and read end by the hinge need supports. On Pit Viper top, supports are necessary under the 2 flywheel cages, the end of the nose, and it is recommended on the rear latch. Everything else should be printable without supports. I highly recommend using custom support material with Slic3r or Cura for just the parts that require it (though not necessary, just easier).
