The Cam part is needed to mount a micro or nano sized FPV camera. It sould be printed with TPU. The Arm locker is the current version (will be updated soon) of the arm interlocking system. It should be printed with PLA and is needed to make sure that the arms can't move. The SMA mount can be used to mount a VTX Antenna with a SMA or RP-SMA Pigtail. You can simply put it on any standoff of the frame and mount your antenna with it.
