FPV250 tilt camera mount

A custom tilt mount for larger board cameras is now available for the front of the FPV250 from Hobbyking/Diatone. This versatile mount can accommodate cameras up to 40x40mm in size, providing ample space for even the largest camera modules. The design also features holes specifically positioned for easy cable management, a feature that all my previous camera installations have lacked. To cater to a wider range of applications, alternative versions of this mount are included for use with other quads and planes. In addition to the tilt mount, alternative backplates for cameras are provided to allow for adjustable mounting positions - either lower or from the bottom, ideal for use on fixed-wing aircraft. A small servo is required to control the tilt function. For those interested in building their own FPV250 frame, Hobbyking offers two options: an ARF kit complete with motors, ESCs, and a battery, as well as a bare frame only option. This mount has been designed with several camera types in mind, including the popular 420TVL model, the high-performance 700TVL Sony camera featuring OSD control connector, housed in a durable metal casing.
