UPDATE - March 12, 2017 I've upgraded the original design with new features that enhance airflow through holes at the bottom for improved ventilation. Additionally, I've created an alternative case that fits the larger ReadyMadeRC 1500mw 1.2G VTx model. VTx Dimensions: Small VTx - 25mm x 50mm x 10mm Large VTx - 25mm x 70mm x 10mm This streamlined video transmitter case accommodates the popular 400mw and 800mw 1.2G Tx's widely available at RC stores, including ReadyMadeRC.com. These transmitters typically come packaged in a sturdy aluminum heat-sink enclosure that can be safely discarded. To assemble the case, simply cut a rectangular opening in the wing or fuse foam, glue it into place to ensure a seamless surface, and tap the corner holes for a 2mm screw. This setup is now ready for use. Optional lightweight 22mm square heat-sinks (as shown in a picture) can be added, increasing weight by only about 8g.
