FPV RSSI SWITCH, 5-port
thingiverse
This FPV RSSI Switch project dates back a couple of years but is no longer in active development. It can switch between up to five receivers, taking video output from the one with the best reception for use with multiple directional antennas. The creator has received requests to share it and has posted various videos showcasing its functionality. Despite poor documentation and a new untested PCB layout, the device has served well without fail during numerous flights. The project's source text includes links to YouTube videos demonstrating its introduction, ground station, test flight, and menu functions with bar view. It is based on Arduino and can handle varying RSSI voltages from 0V-5V across different receiver types. The creator hopes that sharing the project will be useful for others despite the unfinished schematics and PCB layouts. DogLcd library from a specific link is used for display functionality.
