FPV-Rover V2.0 - larger motors, smaller fpv camera setup
thingiverse
I took the FPV-Rover V2.0 and made some adjustments to fit my hardware and my liking perfectly. Things I've Changed: -inner_frame_left and inner_frame_right: I removed the venting openings, making these pieces much sturdier as a result. -motor mount: I modified it to match the hole pattern of my Maxon Motors (EC-i40 motor 473023). -small_gear: I changed it to fit the 6mm shaft diameter of my Maxon Motors (EC-i40 motor 473023). -FPV camera setup: It's now more integrated into the main body's design, and I was able to retain its tilting ability while eliminating the LED-light. -body_top_lid + gps_mounting_bracket: I created a small pocket for my M8Q GPS receiver and a bracket that allows me to easily mount it with two M3x8mm screws. Massive thanks are owed to markus_p for providing the step-files of the FPV_Rover V2.0. This project is still evolving, and I'll continue to update it as I progress. As you can see, I've completed modeling and printing my rover, and now I'm focused on setting up my omnibus v6 nano flight controller with ardupilot. I'm in the process of creating a comprehensive guide on how to build this here: https://www.instructables.com/id/FPV-Rover-V20-Remix/ Feel free to ask any questions you may have.
