FPV racing Diablo 5p V1
cults3d
5-inch Diablo racing FPV chassis, including STL and DXF file for carbon cutting. The X-frame has been extended to accommodate a 210mm 90g centre distance with 4mm frame thickness. I've flown this design for over a year and a half, and I highly recommend upgrading to a 3mm lighter and significantly stronger chassis in the long run. This frame is specifically designed for a FC with integrated PDB, which has been my configuration for more than a year now, featuring multiple components combined into one unit. Each arm of the frame features individual ESCs, no wider than 16mm (I use RaceStars 30A), providing maximum performance and reliability. The camera mounted is an HS1177, positioned 2.5mm from the surface. In my setup, I've paired a Tramp VTX with its integrated sensor for TNR, along with an XSR RX, Minimosd microphone, and a 25V capacitor for optimal signal transmission. To secure the canopy, M3 screws with plastic thread are required; in my case, I use titanium screws with a matching thread pattern. Please note that assembling this frame requires a minimum level of experience due to its minimalist design, aimed at minimizing weight and air resistance while maintaining structural integrity. For those who prefer not to cut their own frames, the Diablo chassis is also available for purchase on Armattan's website, without any additional margin for me.
