This frame was inspired by the Micro 105 FPV Quadcopter by punkkills at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1221911. I am using the same components, including flightcontroller, videoTX, camera, similar motors. My intention was to have the camera tiltable before flight, so I can adjust it upwards for fast forward flight and straight or even downwards if I'm flying indoors. The size is 95mm and the overall weight is approximately 54g with battery (around 32g without). The frame itself, including caps to protect motor wires, weighs less than 6g (ABS). I have tried to save weight and make mounting/dismounting easier by using snap-joints. The Flight Controller and TX snap into their Frames, camera slides into the mounting and will be snapped in the frame; Frame parts snap together... As every 3D printer has different tolerances, this might need some tweaking. Print Settings Printer: Zortrax M200 Rafts: Yes Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.19 Infill: solid Notes: I did not use offsets in the slicer software; therefore, I tried to adjust the printer tolerances in the CAD files. My Setup Same as Micro 105 FPV Quadcopter by punkkills at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1221911: Flight Controller: MicroScisky Motors: 8.5mm Motors VTX: FX758-2 5.8G 200mW Video Transmitter Camera: 170 Degree Wide Angle Camera Everything from Banggood. For the antenna, I used the inner part of an ordinary 5.8GHz antenna (a bit heavy); therefore, I might replace it with a lightweight cloverleaf antenna. The props are cheap spare Props for a Hubsan 4X from Ebay. Battery: I am using Turnigy NanoTech 750mAh for SoloPro (a bit heavy for this tiny copter; however, the flying time is endless). As pigtail for the power, I use an old charging cable.
