FPV Multi-view headset

FPV is an incredibly exciting game, just as thrilling as X250 racing. However, most pilots often take off their headsets to check the outside environment's visual image or information. This can significantly reduce the fun and safety factor. I created this product with a primary focus on: 1. Using water transfer printing to make the product appear more attractive. 2. Installing a screen splitter so you can have multiple views on the same screen. 3. Allowing you to choose your preferred 5.8G receiver, similar to dual-channel systems, which are easily obtainable online. 4. Utilizing the Fernel lens for a wider screen image and enhanced fun. Print Settings: Printer Brand: MakerBot Printer: MakerBot Replicator Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: As desired Infill: 15% Notes: It is highly recommended to use PLA instead of other materials, as it produces less deformation and sharper dimensions. The lid and edges are already built-in, but the screws and holes for the antenna may require some touch-ups. Post-Printing: In this design, I specifically used water transfer printing. You will need a larger water tank and film. You can either purchase existing patterns or create your own; more details can be found in the video I posted. How I Designed This: You will need to have good knowledge of electronic circuitry and tools to build this product. The following components are required: 1. A 5" LCD panel, which should be detached from its housing. It's suggested that you purchase a car rearview monitor for easier connection. 2. A screen splitter, which can be obtained from online retailers; I have provided the link and brand name ("Suntex") in this design. 3. A 5.8G transmitter, commonly found on RC websites. 4. A Fernel lens, which can be detached from a Google Cardboard box. Custom Section: Please note that I did not provide instructions for connecting the wires, as it requires specific knowledge. If you have experience with electronics, please proceed based on your understanding. It's also essential to check and measure the distance between the Fernel lens and your eye before fixing it inside the mount. Additionally, consider connecting an external battery if you prefer a longer operation time. The cushion and strap can be sourced from snow goggles or Google Cardboard boxes. I hope you have success and enjoy using this product!
