A robust FPV LCD holder for FrSky Taranus or Turnigy 9X supports my RC800, 7" display, plus other LCDs with rear/bottom 1/4-20 mounts. I used a DIY 3S 2000mah battery pack (3 18650 LiPo cells) fitting in the handle; any small 3S LiPo pack works. For enhanced viewing, add an LCD magnifier: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:361950. Print parts at least 3 perimeters, solid top and bottom layers, 30% infill. Assemble hinges with 2X 1/4-20x3/4" bolts and nuts, fasten mount sides to the battery holder with #4x3/4" countersink wood screws, secure battery with a 10" Velcro strap, and attach foam grip tape to hinge for LCD stability.
