The plan is to install a 3/8-16 to 1/4-20 reducer in the pilot hole at the center of this antenna mount, enabling users to securely fasten their mast top onto a tripod. Next, a 1/2-inch rubber grommet will be added to the large rear hole for strain relief purposes. SMA extension cables with straight bulkhead fittings will then be attached to Antenna A & B holes, and carefully routed through the grommet before being connected to a diversity receiver installed in the ground station setup.
