I've designed my FPV Drone Stand to accommodate 5-inch frames, but its versatility allows it to hold various sizes. The V3 version features a wider plate that should prevent the rear of your quad from slipping off the sides. I haven't printed this iteration yet, so if you do print it, please share your experience with me regarding any issues. Please post your creations and any problems you encounter. It would be helpful to know which frame you're using and whether it holds securely. Since I can only test one frame at a time, your feedback is invaluable in fine-tuning the design.
