This is a customizable battery tray creator intended for pairing with hooks found at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1217263. Currently set to generate a 160x55mm tray featuring retention tabs approximately 17mm in size and designed to securely hold a 4S 5000mAh battery using two 20mm wide Velcro straps. All relevant parameters are located within the top section of the SCAD file for adjustment. Update: The printed tray adheres to the specified settings without any issues encountered. Initially, a problem arose when slicing at 0.4mm but was resolved by switching to 0.3mm layer thickness which then appeared correct both in the preview and actual print. Modified STL, specifically labeled as '164x55', has been corrected to eliminate manifold issues. Print Details Printer Model: Kossel XL Support Requirements Rafts: No rafts are needed. Supports: No supports necessary. Resolution: Printing with 0.3mm resolution is preferred for optimal results. Infill Density: Opting for a honeycomb infill density of 15% for structural support while minimizing material usage.
