Protective Covering for FPV Cameras This specially designed protective shield serves as a guardian for your Fatshark-type FPV minicam. By tilting upward at an angle of exactly 4 degrees, it ensures a clear view of the horizon during forward flight in quadcopters. The camera mount is designed to accommodate any standard FPV camera with base dimensions not exceeding 22mm x 30mm. There are two STL files provided - one optimized for Fatshark cams and another solid version. **Update: Enhanced Stability for Secure Attachment** As of June 23rd, 2015, after thorough testing, it was noticed that the original Fatshark version had a minor flaw due to insufficient space on the back wall caused by the connector cutout. To resolve this issue, barneyj's ingenious camera clip (Thingiverse:841947) has been integrated into the design. Instructions: 1. Print and Install There are screw holes located on the bottom of the base for secure attachment to any surface. Ensure that screws are installed prior to inserting the camera through the barrel portion. To securely hold your camera, double-sided tape can be applied to the back wall of the mount. Note: For users with the Fatshark and clip combination version, a specialized clip is designed to maintain a stable hold on the cam without the need for additional adhesives.
