FPV antenna roll stabilizator

FPV antenna roll stabilizator

thingiverse

This is an FPV antenna stabilizer designed to overcome the issue of a poor radiation pattern when turning with a plane. Plane turns are notably slower and more pronounced than those of multicopters, resulting in a noticeable and disturbing effect. The device operates as a single-axis gimbal, providing stabilization on the roll axis only. Its design is specifically tailored for my Mini Talon, making it suitable for peaceful cruising. To fit within specific requirements, the design is remarkably slim. However, this also makes it easily embeddable into a frame if needed. Although it can potentially be used on a pitch axis as well, its usefulness in that application is questionable. Please note that these instructions are specifically designed for INAV firmware version 2.0.0 or later. While the device may function with other firmware versions, I have not personally tested it in those cases.
