FPV 5.8GHz antenna protection

I use ping pong balls cut in half as a protective cover for my FPV antennas. To suit this purpose, I designed 3D-printed sleeves that fit generic 3-wing and 4-wing antennas found on eBay and many other online marketplaces. The antennas are quite versatile, making it easy to adapt the design for use with various types of antenna configurations. The sleeves securely hold the ping pong halves in place using thin beads of super glue applied along the edge. Alternatively, you can attach the antennas without glue if needed. A quick tip: White ping pong balls can be easily colored by mixing dried permanent marker ink with rubbing alcohol and then dipping the ball halves into the mixture.
