Foxtown Brewing Co. spearheads development as the first new business on the ambitious Foxtown mixed-use project covering 14 acres at 6411 W. Mequon Road in Mequon, Wisconsin. Constructed initially as a brewery in the mid-1800s, the 12,211 square foot edifice stands as one of southeast Wisconsin's oldest remaining brewing structures, boasting an exceptional feature: its underground storage caves, where beer was once lagered.
