The **Foxeer Pagoda** is an excellent 5.8GHz FPV antenna and the circular dome is ok for quads but for airplanes this shape creates turbulence and some drag. The printable fairing is intended to provide a streamlined teardrop shape to the dome improving aerodynamics and efficiency. Overall it might not have a great impact but for long flights everything sums up ;-) Glue the fairing to the dome with any flexible contact glue (UHU POR, UHU, E6000,...), Superglue might work as well but haven't tested it.
