Fox float x electronic lockout
thingiverse
This is an electronic shock lockout that detects a magnet on the dropper post lever and when you press the lever, it changes (locks or opens) the shock lockout. Please visit its Instagram profile for better understanding. (video and pics) https://www.instagram.com/DiyBikeParts/ When you push the lever, the handlebar lamp senses it and sends a signal to the Arduino. If the push is short, the servo switches the shock between open and middle positions. If the push lasts two seconds or more, it locks the shock in place. The LED in the handlebar clamp provides position feedback with red, orange, and green colors. The main device is hidden inside the head tube: battery, microprocessor, charging circuitry, module, resonance sensor, buzzer. In the Handlebar clamp: hall sensor, LED On the shock: servo This electronic lockout system is compatible with: Fox Float X shock 2017 Fox 36 Fit4 fork (tapered) 2017 Bikeyoke Triggy dropper seatpost lever Other required parts include: Arduino Pro Mini 18650 battery Hall sensor Magnet 9g Servo LEDs Resonance sensor Self-made PCB I will upload the code and the PCB design somewhere...
