This 1:76 scale model originates from a 3D surface model of a variant featuring a Milan turret, sourced from SketchUp Library, courtesy of Rock-n-Roll, to whom sincere gratitude is extended. The Milan turret was eliminated as it never saw commercial sale and replaced with the commander's position. All corrections and updates were conducted in 3D Builder, utilizing an iterative process with SketchUp. Currently, the model is divided into body and turret due to its relatively small size; however, separating the wheels would enhance the overall design, a task that will be explored at a later time. Necessary modifications were made by strengthening or removing specific items. It's hoped this model proves interesting. A Ferret variant remains an aspiration, albeit one hindered by the inability to identify a suitable starting point. Recent files have been replaced with newer versions featuring mounting and rotating turret capabilities – an oversight that should have been rectified initially. Unfortunately, the latest Cura iteration has introduced issues with file saving; patience is advised as this matter is resolved. Files are now updated and correct, albeit with some regrettable delays. A supplementary file has been added, showcasing a modified gun due to printing difficulties experienced with the true-to-scale version. This strengthened component can be printed separately and serves as an alternative to the turret gun. Acknowledging that the hull exhibits modifications reflecting the original model's Milan turret, potential improvements to this area will be explored at a future date.
