I designed this test to gauge the cooling performance of my Cobra cooler, available online at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1090433. It measures the ability to cool overhangs from all four sides. Additionally, it includes a 30 mm square bridging test that mirrors the type of bridging encountered in actual prints. Optimizing your printer for bridging greater than 100 mm is unnecessary, as it sacrifices performance in real-life situations. Print Settings Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 layer, 0.4 nozzle size Infill: 15 layers thick Notes: I run my tests at 50 mm/s with 50% outline speed and three perimeters plus top/bottom layers.
