Four Person Ventilator Manifold FormLabs Form2

Four Person Ventilator Manifold FormLabs Form2

grabcad

This is a pre-configured file containing five duplicates of a ventilator manifold created by Dan Abbott, Heather Higgins and Jeff Brown at Southern Maine Community College for Maine Medical Center. It has been extensively tested on four simulators over 30 hours and on sheep lungs, successfully maintaining air flow without any leaks during that time period. Connections are made directly to standard 22mm ventilator tubing. This manifold can only be printed accurately using a FormLabs liquid resin printer, while all attempts to produce it with FDM printers have been entirely unsuccessful. Therefore, I am uploading only the .form file necessary for printing to a Form2, and will also upload a form3 .form file.
