Mesh exterior areas with SHELL43 elements (except on symmetry planes). Convert to .stl file using ANSYS's .stl converter. Get ansys_2_stl_101012a.mac from thing:4421, and call the macro with 'carton_9_101231a' and 'xy' parameters to produce the carton_9_101231a.stl file.
