Four Modern Buildings Low-poly 3D model

This building pack encompasses four structures, including roof-top props. All materials are PBR-based and follow real-world scales. UVs are non-overlapping with 4K textures provided. Texture names align with mesh names, such as "council_baseColor." Textures come in 8bit png format, with primary textures including _baseColor, _Metallic, _normalOpenGL, and _Roughness, while some objects feature a glow effect via _emit. Props accompany the models, with the H20 Tank containing 210 verts and 210 polys, and the Generator having 360 verts and 337 polys. The Roof Conduit has 160 verts and 134 polys, while the Vent consists of 68 verts and 66 polys. Props are located on buildings but can be moved as desired. Condominium and Office buildings are stackable, with individual floor sections for each story. The Sky Tower and Council buildings are not stackable. Building specifications include a Condominium slice with 546 verts and 528 polys, an Office slice with 2064 verts and 1908 polys, a Sky Tower with 1156 verts and 1154 polys, and a Council building with 1362 verts and 1368 polys. Low poly and high poly FBX files are available for each building.
