The FountainMaker kit includes 24 photorealistic models of fountains erupting into plumes and spears. These models come with separate water and foam objects, clearly identified so users can tell which ones belong together as one plume. Additionally, seven realistic brass nozzle designs are provided. The models can be found in various formats including OBJ, MAX, FBX, and Maxwell Render file types and feature polygon-based construction. Files that use Arnold Clear Water materials are paired with a simple Phong shader in MAX and FBX versions. Meanwhile, the Maxwell version comes pre-equipped with standard Next Limit water and foam materials plus custom materials to replicate more complex textures. For other platforms or material formats like Substance water and foam sets or additional Maxwell render settings may be made available by request. Creating fountains begins by setting up a water basin or pre-fabricated structure. Users then have the option to include water features by applying the appropriate shader materials on both water surfaces, spears, or other plumes within their fountain models and adjusting position to their liking. Finishing touches are added by incorporating one of seven nozzles designed specifically for close-up scenes if needed, completing the basic construction requirements in minimal steps!
