Here's a 3D Printed pen designed specifically to use BIC Stic pen inserts, which can be easily found at many retail stores in packs of ten for just $1. Keep in mind that you'll need to pay close attention to the tolerances of your machine, as the opening may require some filing depending on how much squish is present in your first layers. The model shown in the picture is the black one.
