I'm designing a 3D printed pen that utilizes BIC Stic pen inserts, which are widely available at many retail stores and come in packs of 10 for approximately $1. Be mindful of your machine's tolerances, as you may need to file down the opening depending on how much compression occurs during the first layers. The model shown in the picture is the brown one.
