These are sand cores for the foundry, and they come in four different sizes: 1/4 inch, 5/16 inch, 3/8 inch, 1/2 inch, 5/8 inch, and 3/4 inch long. They are specifically designed to be used with aluminum casting, and when cast correctly, will create a half of a mold in no time. If you're planning on printing these out for use, we recommend that you print two, or if you're feeling more patient, just cast them twice by themselves. To do this effectively, all you'll need to do is clamp them together using clamps or something similar, and then start packing your core mix in with a dowel rod. Don't forget, there's some extra room around the edges on each of these sand cores where you can easily drill holes for the use of a locating pin when needed.
