Human Resources Specialist is responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of employee recruitment, hiring, training, benefits administration, compensation planning, performance evaluation, labor relations, and employee communications to ensure effective workforce management that supports company goals and objectives. This includes developing policies and procedures related to human resources, providing guidance on compliance with federal and state employment laws, conducting investigations into workplace complaints and grievances, and working closely with other departments to identify business needs and develop strategies for addressing them. Key Responsibilities: * Develops, implements, and maintains HR programs and policies that are aligned with company goals and objectives. * Provides guidance and support to managers on human resources matters, including recruitment, hiring, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration. * Conducts training sessions and workshops on various topics such as diversity, inclusion, harassment prevention, and workplace safety. * Analyzes data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in HR processes and operations. * Collaborates with other departments to develop strategies for addressing business needs and improving employee engagement. * Investigates complaints and grievances filed by employees, provides support and guidance to managers on resolving issues, and ensures compliance with company policies and procedures. * Develops and implements employee recognition and reward programs that promote a positive work environment and recognize employee contributions. * Partners with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) vendors to ensure effective use of technology in HR processes and operations. * Stays up-to-date on changing laws, regulations, and best practices related to human resources and employment law.
