The left hind foot of Orohippus agilis, a precursor to modern horses, is depicted from Eocene-era Bridger Beds in Wyoming, USA. The model, which lacks its left toe, was scanned at the GeoFabLab (Iowa State University's Department of Geological and Atmospheric Sciences) using Dr. Franek Hasiuk's MakerBot Digitizer Desktop 3D Scanner on "Medium" setting, from a model labeled "1583 Flesh Restor."
