I saw one of these printed on Reddit for an Apple Watch and wanted to make one for my Fossil Gen 4 Explorist. The magnet isn't nearly as good on the Fossil charger and my watch was much heavier so I added a bit of a shelf for the watch to rest on. Due to the shelf support is needed but outside of the shelf you don't need any. My wrist is pretty average size and using the metal band the fit is pretty snug on the hand. Adjustable bands should have no issue at all. I made it with TinkerCAD and I'm obviously am not a professional so I apologize for it being a bit of a mess, but overall it is a great fit and works just fine.
