Forward Curved Blower Wheel

A prototype blower wheel, created during my time at a former employer, features vacuum-formed plastic for the back plate and vanes. The ring and back plate's slots were milled using CNC technology. Plastic components were bonded together, with an aluminum hub/washer positioned between them to complete the design. Due to insufficient consideration of inlet and outlet angles for the vanes, performance expectations remain uncertain.
