Fortus 400 Remote control face
grabcad
By utilizing an affordable Arduino board, 4 rare earth magnets, SMC cylinders, and a solenoid (air source), you can remotely operate a Fortus 400 3D printer. The total cost for new parts, including a repositioned camera, was approximately $150. This method doesn't void the warranty since it simply activates buttons on the machine's interface. A 10-foot USB cable is needed to connect the Arduino board to your host computer.
