This unique feature will serve as a "Curiosity" or "Draw" for tourists and future gamblers alike. Within this area, a Fortune Teller's Space and Wishing Well will be incorporated, adding an air of mystique to the site. The space will also host various services and programming tailored to underserved communities, including: A bustling Farmer's Market, offering fresh produce and local goods A convenient Bus Stop, providing easy access to the surrounding area A cozy Cafe, serving coffee and light bites A Lottery ticket sales outlet, offering a chance to win big The "ALL WARS" Monument will be prominently displayed in a dignified and anchored setting, honoring the sacrifices of those who have served. This striking feature will serve as a poignant reminder of the importance of peace and unity. By combining these elements, Albany Park Atlantic City will become a destination that attracts visitors from far and wide, while also providing essential services to the local community.
