I'm designing an FDM 3D printed fortune cookie, consisting of two parts that snap together. These pieces can be produced in large quantities on a 20x20 build plate, accommodating 12 individual cookies or 24 halves. The production process typically takes around 10 hours to complete the entire set. To ensure the integrity and cohesion of the printed cookies, I recommend using a brim to secure the parts together and prevent separation from occurring.
