Fortress Maximus Head Cover

I designed an accessory that would seamlessly fill in the space surrounding Fortress Maximus' head from the Titans Return line, and I'm confident this is a solid starting point. First, I created a 2D sketch in Fusion 360, then extruded it to generate a rough 3D model. I printed several iterations to perfect the fit and coverage, refining my design as needed. This project remains a work in progress, so expect changes to occur over time. It took approximately 11 hours to print at 40mm per second with a 60mm travel speed on my Monoprice 3D printer. Once completed, I removed the supports, and the accessory slid effortlessly onto Fortress Maximus' head, providing complete coverage. However, due to some melting and warping on the left corner, I'll likely reprint this piece soon. When I repaint the figure as a whole and match the colors, it should look fantastic.
