Fortress Maximus city mode parts

Parts to make Fortress Maximus' base mode look more like a city. Shoulder plates attach to the existing ramp attachments points and fold out to support the legs. The catwalk halves peg into tubes in the legs and can fold down to stay attached in ship and robot modes. And there's a new attachment for the helipad/captain's yacht so it can stay attached with the legs up. Simple catwalks are included here, the more complex catwalks with extra floors will be a separate upload. Shoulder_Facade, Grip, and Plate should be mirrored to print for each side. Shoulder_Wedge should be printed 4x. Shoulder_Ramp parts can be optionally replaced with the red ramps that normally attach to Fort Max's shoulders.
