I'm really sorry that this didn't get posted sooner. What you see here is an amazing 3D file that Jace1969 shared with us all, but I broke it down into four separate parts to make the printing process easier. Using my trusty CR-10s printer, I only needed supports for one of these pieces. The other three had some excess material on the inside that I carefully trimmed off, which ended up being a better solution than adding extra supports during the print job. To get a perfect fit on my head, I added a layer of foam to the inside of each piece. And now, this incredible helmet looks absolutely fantastic!
