Formwork stackable desktop storage, designed by Sam Hecht and Kim Colin, empowers you to bring order to your papers, tools, and artefacts. With shapes and sizes carefully considered to convey a sense of utility, the accessories can be stacked and combined in any way that suits your needs. Balancing meticulous attention to detail with thoughtful consideration for context, Sam Hecht and Kim Colin created Formwork in various permutations, allowing some items to be kept out of sight while others remain within easy reach. This approach takes into account aesthetic considerations as well as frequency of use. The sophisticated forms, material production, and colour palette demonstrate a high level of thoughtfulness that is rarely seen in desktop goods. Each form is crafted from ABS plastic, and some pieces also feature a non-slip silicone base for added stability. All necessary resources are included in the .blend file, and PBR materials used in the models have been prepared for use in other formats. If you have any questions or suggestions, please don't hesitate to reach out.
