This vehicle was meticulously crafted for STUDENT FORMULA 2015 by team ULTIMATE FORMULA ONE RACERS. It took days to engineer every aspect of the car, including custom-made suspension geometry and chassis structural members. Key features include a tubular space-frame chassis made from AISI 1020 material, pushrod suspension for front and rear wheels, and a 13-inch rim wheel with 145/80 R13 tire. The car is powered by a HONDA CBR 250R engine and transmission, with a custom-made chain-driven differential. A lightweight custom muffler and intake manifold complete the powertrain. The chassis adheres to FSAE guidelines for safety, including a cockpit template, internal cross-sectional template, and Percy template (95th Percentile Male). Additional features include a custom ABC pedal with tandem master cylinders, an impact attenuator capable of absorbing over 7350 joules of energy, and a FRP seat.
