In this personal project, I implemented a Front and Rear Suspension system for FSAE with Ohlins TTX25 shocks actuated by pushrods. The wishbones have encapsulated spherical bearings to avoid bending issues with rod ends. For steering, I utilized a zRack 442mm FSAE steering rack. Braking is ensured by Willwood Dynapro calipers on 13-inch rims with slicks (hidden but included). The suspension ensures equal front and rear geometry, providing 5.6 degrees of camber at 1 inch vertical travel, 71% Ackerman steering, and a hub-to-hub distance of 1300mm. For the structural components, I used 6061 AL for uprights, bellcrank, and shock mounts, while 4340 Steel was employed for spindles and hubs.
