Having crafted the Formula One Race Car at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1193309, I sought a suitable driver, so I scanned a bust of myself and scaled it accordingly. Next, I added the helmet and face mask from Skimbal's post, merged them in Simplify3D, and printed it out. I painted it with Testors paints and mounted it in my new F1 race car - a perfect fit! Designing This Project I scanned my bust using Skanect software. I then combined the helmet and face mask in Simplify3D. Using Slic3r, I removed the lower part of my body from the bust scan to achieve the desired shape.
