Formlabs Tiny TV

Long ago in a place called suburbia, science fiction painted a future where anyone with a fishbowl and a raygun could blast off into space as a spaceman. The heroes were good guys, the villains were pure evil, and the rockets had sleek style. Propelled across the galaxy by plutonium and an unbreakable can-do attitude, adventure knew no limits except for your imagination. The Tiny TV is inspired by the iconic Philco Predicta of the 1950s, a flawed but memorable hallmark, and concept art by Dave Schultze. Built around a 2-inch LCD display from our friends at Adafruit, the Tiny TV was printed on the Form 1+ in clear resin from Formlabs. The front lens was polished crystal-clear, and the body was sanded smooth and painted to perfection. It shines best when paired with the hottest coming attractions of the 1950s. A .form file with precomputed support structures is included for Formlabs Form 1+ users who want to bring their Tiny TV to life. The original Solidworks files are also available for those who would like to make modifications and push the limits of this retro-futuristic gadget. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HQ3gSE_9iq8
