Formicarium (Ant Nest) V2.0

This is version 2 of http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1367219 with lots of improvements: Edit 2019-05-30 Fixed some small gaps in the V2.1 Base file between the walls, thanks to MACPET for pointing that out. UPDATE V2.1 I uploaded three new files: Chamber, Base and Cover. These let you stick the Chamber inside the Base. If you've already printed the Chamber V2.0, cut off the little "L"'s on the sides - now it should fit in the new Base. V 2.0 All parts should now fit together nicely without needing to file (or at least much less filing). The acrylic fits in place by a holding mechanism. Ignore the hole in the acrylic in the pictures, it's from version one. No more need for an metal grid / netting glued under the chamber part. The holes at the base are bigger now to let water flow more easily. Theoretically the grid size is 1x1mm, but in print it's much smaller (at least on my printer). Please watch your printer printing the first layers - if you think the grid is too big, please leave me a comment and I'll upload a version with a smaller grid. Unfortunately shipping costs to my country are way too high, so I designed my own formicarium for my Camponotus herculeanus ants. You can put some cotton in the base piece, stick the chamber on top of it and water the base piece from both sides (there are little holes in the walls) to regulate humidity. The entrance blocks are for 12/16mm aquarium tubes. I separated them so you can design your own entrance blocks or if something breaks, you don't have to print the entire formicarium again. You need a sheet of 2mm (acrylic-) glass.
