This 3D model originated with Sketchup 8 before being converted to every other relevant 3D format available. Its native format remains .skp while the 3dsmax scene was rendered with a compatible version of Vray 3.00. The building itself features an oblong profile with storeyed masonry construction topped by a pitched roof, originally serving as headquarters for the People's Art School but currently being used to accommodate multiple service units. Once housing offices and other business facilities, the promenade stretches from the now-demolished portion of Béla Bartók Building in tandem with Szereltvás passáge, while its present location houses an entirely new office building.
