These models come with a 1/4" PE tubing filament feed setup for the Formbot T-Rex 2+. The caps are mirrored to work on both left and right extruders, each taking one 1/4" push-connect fitting at the top via 1/8" NPT threads. A tapered tunnel runs down from the fitting onto the board to guide filament for insertion. A quarter inch tubing was chosen for loose, low friction travel of the filament. Bowden tubing forms a tighter restriction and produces drag on the filament. Buy push-connect fittings here: https://www.mcmaster.com/#7880t145/=19b8sgv Work the fittings into the finished part slowly, backing out often to stretch and wear in the two pieces together as it is a tight fit. 100 micron layer height works well with PETG, but this part does require supports.
