So, I set out to minimize fan noise, but discovered only a handful of options. In response, I opted to rebuild the nozzle from scratch. My original blueprint included an LED, but after two years of use, I realized that it didn't enhance bed lighting as much as I had hoped. Consequently, I simply eliminated that component and went with a regulator to step down the voltage. Enhancements: This modification converts your existing setup to accept an external fan and redirects internal airflow accordingly. When printed, several built-in knockout components make printing easier. Review the photos for clarification on what I'm referring to. Additionally, a template is included for drilling out holes for the fan. I recommend using a voltage regulator to step down 24 volts to 12 volts and adjust cooling settings to range between 125 and 255 value settings.
