FORM1 (very) simple 3D printable VAT (build cost under 15$)

About I made this VAT because I own a Form1+ and all the VATs that came with it were compromised and unusable. I measured all the dimensions from the original VAT, including the PDMS layer and glass thickness, and managed to create a 3D-printable replica that can be made with materials under 15$. Included in the package are the Fusion 360 CAD file and STEP files for this VAT, for those who want to customize de the design. Materials ~200g PLA or PETG 150x150mm plexiglass FunToDo PDMS Kit Epoxy resin adhesive (or any adhesive that can glue plexiglass to PLA and seal the contact to prevent liquid leaks) Steps Print the VAT with a regular FDM printer, no supports required (follow print settings if you want to print it in ~4 hours) Cut a sheet of plexiglass to the dimensions mentioned above (do use professional cut services to have good geometry) Put epoxy resin where inside the VAT, and place the plexiglass firmly in position. Press it for about 2-4 hours, by placing an object on top of the plexiglass. (Note: On the original VAT from Formlabs, the plexiglass is mounted below the VAT. With this replica, to avoid supports being needed, the plexiglass is mounted from the top of the VAT.) After the glue is dried, check if the VAT can hold water. If it's not, patch the edges with some more epoxy resin. Don't proceed if the VAT cannot hold water! Prepare 70g of FunToDo PDMS, using a 1/14 activator (less than indicated by FunToDo, to avoid bubbles). The more activator you use, the faster the PDMS will dry and may trap air bubbles during the process.
