I've created a silicone button pad form similar in size to Monome buttons, designed using OpenSCAD for easy parametrization. A few more attempts are needed to perfect the design. The form allows for LED placement and accommodates vacuum casting for bubble-free results. However, conductor embedding during casting wasn't successful; next time, cast first and then glue the conductor (like aluminium foil). For a better experience, start with small forms (1x1 or 2x2), apply oil before casting, and share your feedback! Custom faceplate and PCB are on the way for self-printed Monome.
